- 1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of chunks of coconut cream concentrate (optional, but good!)
1. Mix ingredients well, and spread in a 8×8 inch glass baking dish.
2. Bake at 175 C for 30 minutes.
3. Allow to cool a few minutes before cutting. Serve warm or cool.
